What are the delivery costs?

For postal delivery, shipping costs are free in Canada for all orders of $80 and more before taxes and after promotional code. Below this $80 the costs are $10.

What is the delivery time?

Generally, all ordered items are mailed within 48 to 72 business hours of receiving the order. They are delivered through Canada Post or other carrier. Please allow 2 to 7 days for delivery to all Canadian provinces.

Can I return an item that doesn't suit me?

Yes! If you are not satisfied with an item purchased, it is possible to return it to us within 15 days of receipt. You can follow the procedure indicated under the Satisfaction Guaranteed tab.

Please note however that for hygiene reasons, hygiene products and cannot be returned. Items on sale at 30% or more of the initial price are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. For all items, they must be in good condition, in their original packaging and not have been used. Return costs are your responsibility.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Where are items made in your store?

Although we favor items made here, the items for sale at Eco Loco are of multiple origins. You will find in the description of all the products made here, an icon indicating this.

Are the items as pictured?

We strive to present images as close to reality as possible. However, as these are photos, it is possible that the objects are slightly different. Also note that for some items, you will find a "chef's choice" indication in the description. This indicates that it is possible that the object you receive may appear different from the one shown in the image.
