NOTICE REGARDING CANADA POST STRIKE

Most orders are shipped within 24 to 72 hours, using carriers not affected by the strike. It is recommended to order before December 13, 2024 to have your packages in time for Christmas.

To receive a package at a PO box or in a very remote area, contact us to find out the delivery times.

All ordered items are mailed within 24 to 72 business hours of receiving the order. They are delivered through Canada Post or other carriers. Please allow 2 to 7 days for delivery to all Canadian provinces. Shipping costs in Canada are free for any purchase of $80 ($100 in the United States) and more before taxes and after a promotional code (or credit). Otherwise, there is a fixed fee of $10 in Canada and $15 in the United States.

For international shipments (USA), delivery times depend on the region concerned and if customs fees are applicable, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that we are continually seeking to limit our ecological impact associated with delivery. All our shipments are made with reused materials. Don't be surprised to receive a very special box!

*** Delivery time may also vary depending on when you order. For example, if you order on December 25th, your package may be sent to you a few days later.
