For hygiene reasons, there are no refunds for cosmetics or hygiene products. Items on sale at 20% or more of the original price are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For a refund, the item must be in perfect condition, with all its tags/boxes and not have been used. Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

Unless, of course, an item is defective, in which case it will be refunded or exchanged at Eco Loco's discretion as long as we are notified within 15 days of receipt.

Postal returns are at the buyer's expense.

If you return an item and your order falls below the free shipping threshold, you will be charged the $10 shipping fee.
