This soy wax offers good adhesion to glass and good hold of essential oils and fatty fragrances.

Natural soy wax , paraffin-free, pesticide-free, GMO-free Maximum recommended fragrance - 6%. Candles over 3.5 inches in diameter may require a double wick to ensure a complete melt bath.

Works well with liquid or powdered colorants.

    Instructions

    1. Heat the wax to a temperature between 160 and 200°F (71.1 and 93.3°C) to melt it. Do not heat the wax above 200°F (93.3°C) or it will discolor. Stir the wax regularly to reduce localized heating of the wax.
    2. Add ingredients other than fragrance and coloring
    3. Adding essential oils, fragrance and candle dye if desired - Stir
    4. Once the wax is melted, allow the wax to cool to a temperature of 120 to 165°F.
    5. Pouring the candles - Make sure the container is at room temperature or slightly warmer and pour the wax making sure it is between 120°F to 165°F.
    6. Allow the candle to cool and harden for at least 12 hours before burning.

It is important not to exceed 200 degrees Fahrenheit (93.3 degrees Celsius) to preserve the natural color of the wax. Once melted, add your essential oils, fragrances, or colorants and mix well. Wait for the wax to cool to between 120 and 165 degrees Fahrenheit (48.9 and 73.8 degrees Celsius) before pouring it into your containers. Make sure your jars or molds are at room temperature or slightly warm for better adhesion. Let your candles harden for at least 12 hours before using them.
